We deliver to the following:
Austria, Monaco, Belgium, Netherlands, Canada, Norway, Portugal Spain, France, Germany, Switzerland, Greece, U.K., Ireland, Italy.
We reserve the right to choose a local vendor from our vendor network where shipping is not the best option.

* Shipping time does not include order processing time. For remote areas it may take extra days. Please provide us with the correct address and phone number of the recepient. NO DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE TO PO BOXES.

**Baskets are only shipped Mo.-Wed. Certain fruit baskets may not be delivered to all European countries.

Holiday delivery schedule to Europe:
The last day to place orders for delivery by Christmas will be Tuesday, December 9, 2003. For orders placed after that date, we will ship as soon as possible, but will not guarantee delivery before Christmas.

Responsibility for failed deliveries:
We are not responsible for shipping charges incurred when:
 (1) the costumer provides incorrect or outdated address,
 (2) the gift recipient is on vacation or not home on repeated  delivery attempts, the customer does not promptly provide a correct/ new delivery address.
If the transportation company is forced to return a gift to us after 2 delivery attempts for any of the above reasons, the customer will be charged for the shipping and handling

. We will resend the gift to a new address at the customer's request if the customer agrees to pay an extra shipping and handling charge plus a package rerouting fee.

SHIPPING

Our shipping charges are inclusive of processing, handling and shipping cost. Currently we offer 2 shipping options: If you need assistance in selecting shipping options, please call us at 1-800-393-2181 and a customer service representative will assist you with your order. We take great care in appropriately packaging and shipping your order. If at any time we feel that shipping may not be the best option, we will use our local gourmet gift vendor network to deliver your gift. We will not be responsible for any damage to the items during shipping.

 
PLACING YOUR ORDER            

Once you have chosen your product, you can order directly via our secure shopping cart system. Your product will appear in the shopping cart. If you wish to select more products, click the 'Continue Shopping' button to go back to the site for more selections. When you are done selecting your products, please click the 'Checkout' button.
 
HOW DO I MODIFY THE CONTENTS OF THE SHOPPING CART

If you wish to modify the quantity of your products, please change the number in the quantity box and click 'Update'. This will change the product quantity. If you wish to delete the product you have selected in your cart, you have either of the following options: modify the product quantity to '0' (zero) and click update, or click 'Empty Cart' if you want all the contents emptied.
 
CHECK OUT

When you are finished with this step, you can check out. Our automated system will lead you through the checkout process, page by page. Please fill out the sender information, recipient information, select the delivery date of your item and type in any message you wish to attach, in the box provided for personalized messages. After this step, you will be led to the next secure process where you will fill out information regarding your payment. You can either choose to enter credit card information or you call in your credit card details as soon as you place the order. Our able staff will be happy to assist you as always. When you finish with the checkout process, our system will generate an order tracking or reference number for you which will also be e-mailed to you at the e-mail address you provide.
